1. Production & Processing Time

Because we print and craft your order on demand, please allow us time to ensure quality:

• Standard Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days.
• During high-volume seasons (holidays/sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
• Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Estimates & Costs

Once your order is ready, we ship it immediately. You will receive a tracking number via email.

*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking ID. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

4. Shipping Issues

• Wrong Address: Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact support@init.rushgleam.com within 12 hours.
• Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check around your property. If still lost, contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.
