Order Cancellation & Modification

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@rushgleam.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Details of the changes (size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.)

We apply the following timeline:

Within 12 hours after placing the order

  • You may cancel or modify your order free of charge.
  • A full refund will be issued if canceled in this window.

From 12 to 24 hours after placing the order

  • Your order may still be canceled or modified.
  • Please note that during this period, the shipping label is likely already purchased.
  • If you request a cancellation in this window, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • You will receive a refund for the product value only.

After 24 hours

  • Your order has entered production and is being customized.
  • It is now locked and cannot be canceled or modified.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at support@rushgleam.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
